Guest Services Role
We are seeking a dedicated Guest Services Agent to join our team at Quest Wollongong. In this role, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.
About the Job
This is a Part-time/Casual position that requires a warm and welcoming attitude. You will be responsible for handling reservations, managing front office duties, processing payments, and responding to guest inquiries with a friendly and proactive approach.
* Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
* Assist with guest inquiries, providing information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
* Handle reservations, check-outs, and payment processing efficiently and accurately
* Update records in the hotel's reservation system as needed
* Respond promptly to guest requests, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
* Manage room allocations, rooming lists, and booking charts
* Coordinate room service and manage orders with local restaurant partners
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
* Adhere to hotel policies and procedures while delivering excellent service
* Manage opening and closing procedures (AM and PM shifts)
