Konami Gaming Australia is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive to drive gaming machine sales across the NSW hotels and clubs market.

About the Role
This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships and generating sales across a designated NSW territory. You will represent Konami's gaming machine products, working closely with hotel operators to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
The position involves regular travel within NSW and suits a proactive, self‐driven individual who enjoys being on the road, meeting people, and creating opportunities. A fully expensed company car is provided to support travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, maintain and strengthen long‐term relationships with hotel and hospitality customers across NSW
* Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities within the gaming machine market
* Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations, clearly articulating product value
* Provide timely and accurate pricing, proposals and follow‐up, maintaining strong profit outcomes
* Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to support sales strategy
* Prepare sales reports, needs analysis and cost‐benefit assessments
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pricing and customer interactions
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams including service, marketing and operations
About You
You are a confident, outgoing and highly driven sales professional who builds trust easily and enjoys developing genuine connections. You are organised, reliable, and motivated by performance, targets and success.
You will ideally bring:
* Minimum 2 years' proven sales experience (essential)
* 3–5 years' experience in the gaming industry (preferred)
* Hospitality industry sales experience (2–3 years preferred)
* Strong understanding of gaming machines and the NSW hotel market
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* A competitive, results‐driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
* High levels of integrity, trustworthiness and reliability
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Candidates with experience across both gaming and hospitality sales will be highly regarded.
