Job Description: As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Franchise Owners, HR Managers, and the national management team. Your responsibilities will include managing HR incidents, complaints, and employment contracts, as well as interpreting and applying relevant awards such as SCHADS, Nurses, Health Professionals, and Clerical Awards. Additionally, you will assist in wage and salary planning, ensuring compliance with Fair Work and Modern Awards, and prepare HR metrics and compliance reports for board meetings. Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with Fair Work, WHS, and industrial relations legislation, while promoting an empathetic, kind, and professional approach to employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Franchise Owners, HR Managers, and the national management team

Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will require experience in an HR Advisor or generalist role, strong knowledge of the SCHADS Award and Modern Awards, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive, solutions-focused, and empathetic approach. Having HR or IR qualifications is preferred but not essential. You must possess a high level of emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and conflict resolution skills, which are critical in this position.
