Freight and Logistics Expert

As a critical link in our supply chain, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with collections, pick-ups, quotes and freight enquiries via phone and email.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced customer service professional who can build strong relationships with customers and teammates alike. You will work collaboratively within a team environment, utilising your excellent communication skills to resolve problems and provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take inbound customer calls and update them on freight queries.
* Assist customers by contacting the appropriate team members.
* Respond to email enquiries as allocated.
* Communicate delays promptly and professionally to customers.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a call centre/customer care environment is highly regarded.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
* Able to quickly build rapport with customers and teammates locally and interstate.
* Intermediate skills in data entry with accurate typing skills.
