- Strong experience in fashion management
- Leadership ability - Proven experience in performance management and leading a large team
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and other KPI's
- Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Having worked with a large volume of stock in a fast paced environment
- Good product knowledge of the fashion industry
- Contribute your energy and enthusiasm to a positive team environment
- Offer exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experience
- Create and ensure superior visual merchandising standards within the store
- Assist with the training, development and succession planning of a high performing sales team
- Act responsibly in compliance with store's operational standards
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
- Have strong communications and relationship building skills
- Be fair, honest, positive and creative in going above and beyond in serving our customer
