About the Role:
As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will work closely with legal practitioners, staff, and clients to ensure accurate and timely management of financial transactions, billing processes, and compliance with legal accounting standards.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the trust account in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
* Reconcile bank accounts and general ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Process accounts payable and receivable, including debtor management.
* Review and generate client invoices, ensuring compliance with billing guidelines.
* Maintain the accounts inbox by responding to queries promptly and efficiently.
