What You'll Do:
Lead with Detail: Provide meticulous and detail-oriented training to your team, ensuring every staff member upholds our high standards for product presentation, customer interaction, and store cleanliness.
Customer Service Excellence: Drive a culture of outstanding customer service, ensuring all customers receive a warm welcome and an unforgettable experience.
Operational Brilliance: Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a beautifully presented store.
Stock & Ordering Savvy: Take charge of ordering and stock control management, optimizing inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize freshness.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a fun, collaborative, and thriving work environment where everyone feels valued and motivated.
Problem Solver: Efficiently address any customer inquiries or operational challenges with a calm and professional demeanor.
Brand Ambassador: Live and breathe the Brooki Bakehouse brand, promoting our values and products with enthusiasm.
What You'll Bring:
Proven Management Experience: Previous experience in a retail or hospitality management role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional Attention to Detail: Your meticulous nature will ensure every aspect of the store operates flawlessly, from product display to service standards.
Leadership & Training Skills: A demonstrated ability to effectively train, motivate, and manage a team, with a focus on clear, detailed instruction.
Stock Control Expertise: Strong understanding and experience in inventory management, ordering, and minimizing waste.
Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Positive Attitude: An ability to create and maintain a fun, supportive, and engaging workplace for your team.
Flexibility: Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
