About the Role
As a HR Advisor, you in a team and will support managers by offering HR guidance, reporting and supporting IR and ER matters, and change initiatives.
* Execute HR policies and plans across the business
* Partner with business leaders to provide support and guidance across various HR matters
* Support change initiatives
* Analyse and recognise issues/conflicts related to Employee Relations and recommend solutions and guidance
* Support Employee Development and Learning
* Recognise trends in HR and communicate with the HR team for improvements
* Working with various HR systems
About you
* Experience in a Generalist HR role as an Advisor or HRBP min 2 years
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to navigate various HR systems
* Hold relevant qualifications or experience in Human Resources/ Business or related discipline
* Industries employing a complement of white and blue collar workforce, including warehousing, transport, retail or hospitality industries or similar
