About the Role: Join our large, dynamic team as a casual paediatric Dietitian, working at Monash Children’s Hospital. This Grade 2 Paediatric Dietitian role provides nutritional management of infants, children and adolescents across Monash Children’s Hospital. This includes nutrition assessment and management in the acute inpatient and outpatient setting. As a casual Dietitian you will have the opportunity to work in a range of clinical areas, providing cover for vacant positions and leave. You will be well supported by our team of experienced Dietitians who will provide comprehensive on boarding, training, support and upskilling as required. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary colleagues across the service to foster clinical excellence and consistency of practice. About Us: Monash Children’s Hospital is one of Australia’s leading providers of integrated children’s health services, with more than 30 specialist services and programs. We have Victoria’s largest Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and provide leading paediatric services in many areas including Rehabilitation & Oncology. Allied Health at Monash Children’s Hospital provides specialised services to paediatric patients across the continuum including inpatients, outpatients and via Hospital in the Home. About You: To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge: Hold a Dietitians Australia accredited dietetics degree or hold a Dietitians Australia mutually recognised dietetics degree from New Zealand or have passed the Dietitians Dietetic Skills Recognition (DSR) process Eligible for DA membership and Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) status Experience in paediatric dietetics Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the paediatric setting In Return This is a great opportunity to expand your paediatric skills and experience in a supported environment.
