Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Planning & Programming Consultant (Construction) based in the Greater Brisbane Area. The consultant will be responsible for preparing and managing detailed project programs, analyzing construction methodologies, performing risk analysis, and monitoring project progress. The role involves providing guidance to clients on time and resource management while ensuring effective coordination and collaboration between stakeholders to meet critical project deadlines.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Programming, including project scheduling and development of construction timelines
* Proficient in Project Management with experience in planning, execution, and monitoring processes
* Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project and Asta
* Analytical Skills to assess project risks, identify critical paths, and optimize resources
* Research capabilities to gather and interpret data relevant to planning and construction projects
* Familiarity with Databases and tools used for project scheduling and data analysis
* Excellent communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills
* A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
* Prior experience in building construction projects will be highly regarded
* Prior experience with delay claim analysis / advisory will be highly regarded
* Prior experience with innovative tools to communicate programmes such as 4D and PowerBI will be high regarded
