Position Purpose
The National PPM, Service & Rollouts Estimator is responsible for identifying, assessing, and pricing opportunities across Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive service works, and national rollout projects. This role will manage the full tendering process - from lead generation through to submission - while ensuring accurate cost estimation, strong client engagement, and effective project handover to operations.
Key Responsibilities
PPM and Service
* Review national tender portals for potential opportunities.
* Identify new opportunities within SCEE Group's existing client base.
* Actively pursue leads for potential new clients.
* Review tender documentation to prepare bid/no-bid recommendations before commencing the tender process.
* Collate all required documentation, including Q&A entries, tender response content, and pricing for review.
* Prepare and submit tender submissions, including presentations when required.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships during pre-tender and tender phases, especially with new clients.
* Develop resource requirement plans for future work, including recommendations for additional staffing, training, and equipment to support growth in planned, reactive, and installation services.
* Assist in the development of new procedures and supporting documentation.
* Prepare comprehensive handover documents for the operations team upon tender award.
Rollouts
* Accurately estimate and cost national rollout projects.
* Review scopes of work and project documentation to ensure clarity and completeness.
* Assess site-specific variations and regional adjustments impacting cost and delivery.
* Support tender and bid preparation for rollout projects.

Qualifications and Experience
* Electrical trade qualification (A-Grade licence preferred) and/or tertiary qualification in estimating, project management, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in estimating within the electrical contracting industry, ideally in PPM, service, construction and rollout projects.
* Strong understanding of industry standards, compliance requirements, and safety regulations.
* Previous exposure to national or multi-site rollout programs will be highly regarded.
