**The Role**
- Ensures that guest requests for additional linen or bathroom supplies are delivered promptly
- Delivers clean linen to and from the service areas
- Ensures all supplies and cleaning equipment are in good working condition and stored in proper locations
- Returns lost and found items to Housekeeping Office and completes required forms.
- Reports equipment failure, damage to room furnishings or missing items to HK Supervisor.
- Delivers guest laundry
- You will maintain a friendly and professional image for the Housekeeping Department and the entire hotel
- You will work to anticipate guests' needs and ensure the guest enjoys the total accommodation experience
**Ideally you will have**:
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of safe and efficient housekeeping procedures
- Must work independently
- Professional presentation and grooming
- You are highly organised with a high level of attention to detail
- You are able to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience in a housekeeping role is advantageous
