You’ll deliver bold, integrated marketing activities across domestic and international markets, with measurable impact on brand, reputation, and economic outcomes. What You’ll Do: Lead and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team to deliver creative, high-impact work; Develop and execute integrated solutions across business and consumer audiences; Champion BEDA’s brand vision, ensuring strong governance across tone, identity and messaging; Oversee campaign planning and delivery, driving ROI through data, insights and market research; Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver world-class campaigns on time and budget; Influence senior stakeholders and represent the marketing function at the executive level; and Foster a culture of innovation, accountability and collaboration. What You’ll Bring: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar; Deep experience in senior, integrated marketing roles across content, digital, brand and strategy; Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and build a collaborative culture; Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and commercial acumen; A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for brand storytelling and audience-first marketing; and Strong experience in brand management, campaign delivery and reporting, preferably with experience across both B2C and B2B.
