Mental Health Professional
We are seeking a qualified mental health professional to join our team in a dynamic and challenging environment, supporting the mental well-being of military members.
* Management of crisis presentations and risk assessment planning is essential for this role.
* Supporting ADF Members with their initial intake and assessment will be a key responsibility.
* Case formulation and treatment planning will require strong analytical skills.
* Programmatic treatment interventions will involve working closely with clients to achieve positive outcomes.
* Care coordination will ensure seamless communication between healthcare professionals.
* Group psycho-education will provide opportunities for knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements:
* Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Psychologist with the relevant governing body is required.
* A minimum of 2 years post graduate experience in mental health is essential for this role.
* Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities will demonstrate commitment to staying up-to-date with best practices.
* Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a must.
