Our services include carpet cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing and other essential cleaning maintenance solutions for businesses. We are expanding rapidly and looking for partners who want to grow with us.
The Role — Independent Client Acquisition Partner (30% Commission)
We are seeking independent contractors to work exclusively on a commission-only model, earning up to 30% of every contract secured.
You will operate independently, using your own approach, schedule and client network.
Your focus is simple: find potential business clients, present our services, and close contracts. If you're motivated, this role offers high earning potential, flexibility and autonomy.
Ideal for people with B2B sales experience who want freedom and solid commissions instead of fixed hourly rates. The leads have to generate by yourself.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and reach out to potential commercial clients.
* Promote our core cleaning services (carpet, window, pressure cleaning, etc.).
* Convert leads into closed contracts.
* Manage communication with prospects until the contract is finalized.
* Maintain consistent results to maximize commissions.
* Generate the Leads Independently.
What You Earn — 30% Commission
* 30% of every new contract you bring in
* Unlimited earning potential — the more you bring, the more you earn
* Experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
* Preferably connected within commercial/property sectors.
* Must have an ABN.
* Comfortable working 100% on commission (no base salary).
* Understands this is a contractor/subcontractor role, not employment.
