Job Description
As a Principal Engineer, you will ensure the quality, robustness, and timely delivery of complex manufacturing systems for the cell therapy market. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve project outcomes on time and to client satisfaction.
* Cross-functional collaboration to develop solutions meeting client and project requirements.
* Delivering robust, compliant, and high-quality engineering solutions aligned with regulatory standards.
* Mentoring mechanical engineers within the team and providing leadership.
* Overseeing mechanical engineering aspects of projects, including budgeting, tracking, and forecasting.
* Managing build activities within structured development programs.
* Contributing to sales activities and supporting business growth initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate
We seek an experienced and motivated engineer with strong technical knowledge and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate brings:
* Practical experience in designing automation and/or manufacturing equipment (highly desirable).
* Significant industrial experience in product development and/or manufacturing environments.
