About This Role
As a key member of our team, you will efficiently and accurately process advertising bookings generated by the sales department.
You will liaise and coordinate with the Australian Radio Network (ARN) airtime staff to ensure that booking data is entered correctly.
Account managers will rely on your assistance in processing credit applications and reference checks, ensuring all relevant information is collected promptly for client ID issuance.
Additionally, you will assist the sales team in uploading media information and audio files as required, providing overall support with workflow tasks.
It is essential to maintain accurate records of bookings for airtime reconciliation and survey purposes.
Update station sponsorship trackers regularly.
Provide daily revenue updates to the sales team.
Ensure live reads are scripted and timed correctly.
