This position is full-time.Reporting to the Senior Licenced Conveyancer, your responsibilities will include:Supporting the property team with end-to-end file management, from initial instructions through to post-settlement matters.Preparing and drafting correspondence, contracts for sale of land, settlement figures, and other legal documentation.Managing and maintaining client files and correspondence throughout the conveyancing process, including accurate data entry and document organisation.Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and brokers to coordinate smooth transactions.Using PEXA to manage workflow, input data, and facilitate electronic settlements and lodgments.Undertaking and reviewing property searches, land title checks and other relevant documentation for due diligence purposes.This role is open to students and graduates, looking for full time work and have some prior experience.
