The Role
We're seeking motivated Specialist Cleaners to join our experienced team in Canning Vale. In this role, you'll perform professional cleaning and remediation tasks to restore safe, healthy spaces affected by water, fire, or environmental contaminants.
This is not ordinary cleaning work — you'll gain specialist restoration and remediation skills that are highly sought after across the industry. The techniques you'll learn are transferable to a range of environmental and technical fields, helping you elevate your career well beyond general cleaning.
This role is ideal for experienced cleaners, restoration workers, or anyone with a strong work ethic looking to build a long-term career in the restoration and environmental services industry. Full training and all protective gear are provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct professional cleaning and remediation using specialist techniques and equipment.
* Follow strict safety and hygiene protocols to protect yourself and clients.
* Operate high-grade cleaning and restoration equipment.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Work as part of a team to complete projects to the highest standard.
* Represent WA Flood and Fire professionally on client sites.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in cleaning, restoration, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
* Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
* Willingness to learn and follow precise processes.
* Current driver's licence.
* Team-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
