RTO Compliance Manager
This is a full time role based at our beautiful Gold Coast campus.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all aspects of RTO compliance in line with ASQA standards
* Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
* Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure training and assessment strategies meet industry and regulatory requirements.
* Provide guidance and support to trainers, assessors, and KKTC student services team on compliance matters.
* Maintain accurate records and reporting for government funding programs (e.g., QLD Skills Assure, Vic Skills First, NSW Smart and Skilled, Skills SA).
* Liaise with external stakeholders including regulators, auditors, and industry partners.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and RTO compliance frameworks, regulations, and standards
* Proficiency in auditing, documentation management, and policy development for compliance purposes
* Experience in the Education and Care (ECEC) sector and a solid understanding of Vocational Education and Training (VET)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
* Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
* Familiarity with continuous improvement processes and risk management strategies
* Experience with relevant technologies for managing compliance and reporting is desirable
