Rehabilitation Consultant Job Opportunity
This role involves working with a diverse caseload of clients who have experienced physical and/or psychological injury or illness. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through tailored recovery and return to work plans, conducting assessments and participating in medical case conferences.
Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse range of clients with varying needs
* Develop and implement individualized recovery and return to work plans
* Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and goals
* Collaborate with treating specialists and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
