We are scaling our GoToMarket engine and are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to drive measurable pipeline growth across Australia and New Zealand.

You will own demand generation execution andbe responsible fordriving booked demos, qualifiedpipelineand measurable marketing impact.

We are looking for a commercially minded marketer who thrives in fast paced environments and enjoys building, launching andoptimisingcampaigns hands on.You will work directly with the Director of GoToMarket& Partnerships,and collaborate closely with sales,productand customer success.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Revenue & Demand Generation
* Generate consistent monthly booked demos and qualified pipeline
* Launch andoptimise paid, organic, ABMcampaigns across digital channels
Content & ProductMarketing
* Produce high performing campaign creatives and ad assets
* Develop customer case studies, testimonialsand thought leadership content(at pace)
* Manage website updates, landingpagesand conversion improvements
* Grow LinkedIn and social engagement(Facebook & Instagram)
* Deliver monthly newsletters and product campaign launches
Events & Webinars
* Deliver industry events and webinars that generate measurable pipeline
* Manage event execution end to end without operational breakdown
Partner Marketing
* Execute co marketing campaigns with strategic partners
* Amplify reach through partner networks and track pipeline contribution
HubspotReporting & CRM Hygiene
* Maintainaccuratereporting across MQL, SQL and pipeline metrics
* Ensure correct lead source attribution and UTM governance
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience owning HubSpot as a growth engine, including workflow automation, lead management architecture and pipeline attribution, isnon negotiable.
* 4+year's experiencein B2B marketing, ideally SaaS
* Demonstrated experience generating pipeline and booked demos
* Experience in startup or high growth environments
* Strong performance marketing capability
* Confident creating marketing assets independently
Key Skills & Tools
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
* Capable of doing graphic design and creating sales/marketing collateral (e.g.via Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud)
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data tooptimisecampaign performance anddetermineROI
* Comfortable usingor familiarity with tools such ase.g.HubSpot(Must have),WordpressandGo2Webinar, Microsoft Teams Webinar, Confluence (Project/Task Management)
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messaging across digital channels, campaigns, and partner communications
* Confident creating and executing high-performing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
* Familiarity with AI Toolse.g.ChatGBT, Claude, Leaonardo.aietc
* Experience managing and updating websites using WordPress or other Web CMS platforms, with a solid understanding of basic web development principles (e.g., landing page creation, plug-in management, content formatting, performanceoptimisation)
Bonus Points
* Experience working in a startup or fast-growing SaaS environment
* Background or exposure to the trades and construction sector
* Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and performance

Role Location
This is a Hybrid role, where the successful candidate can either be based out of Melbourne or Brisbane.
This role is a strategic hire and a springboard into future leadership roles, with a clear path toward: Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing.
