Portsea Hotel is looking for a Bar Supervisor and Bartenders to join our team.

Established in 1876, Portsea Hotel is an icon of the Mornington Peninsula; the perfect place to stay, drink or dine by the bay.

About the role
As part of the Front of House team, you will be required to:
* Thrive in a high volume, high pressure and fun environment.
* Have a current RSA.
* Desire to look after guests with exceptional guest service.
* Ability to follow directions and support team goals.
* A passion to improve your skills & embrace learning.
* Be punctual, reliable and well-groomed.
* Have your own transport to Portsea or reside in the area
* Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
About you
To be successful in this role you will ideally:
* Have enthusiasm to create memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service.
* 1+ years' experience in high volume bars.
* Passion for cocktails.
* A passion to improve your skills & embrace learning
