Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to support our accounting operations. As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and recording of financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and reconcile all financial matters
* Assist with monthly reconciliation and reporting
* Process expense claims, accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Provide ad-hoc reports as requested by Finance, HR and Safety
* Perform other duties related to the accounting function as requested by your Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
* Prior experience with financial operations and management
* Experience using Xero accounting software
* Sound financial skills and proficiency in financial accounting software
* Advanced skills in MS Excel

* Fluent in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to be organized, prioritize work, and manage time effectively
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Demonstrated ability to follow standard administrative practices and guidelines
