Job Overview
This role involves providing technical assistance to users in the APAC region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering IT support services, configuring user devices, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
* Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to internal users in the APAC region.
* Set up and configure user computers, including software installation and Active Directory Domain alignment.
* Perform LAN/WAN configuration and provide basic IT network support.
* Assist with new employee onboarding, including equipment setup and training.
* Support office moves by relocating IT equipment for end-users.
* Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows issues for users, focusing on printing, software applications, and browsing problems.
* Create and manage user accounts on the Active Directory domain.
* Maintain a clean and organized IT environment through regular communication room tidy-ups.
