Building Consultant Opportunity
Morse Building Construction is seeking a highly skilled and qualified building consultant to join our staff on a contracted basis. Each team member is carefully selected for their specific knowledge and experience within the building and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough site inspections
* Prepare detailed causation reports and scope of works
* Develop structural drawings and designs as required
* Provide accurate professional reporting on loss & damage, remediation, quantification, etc.
* Collaborate with insurers and assessors
* Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Utilize expertise in the engineering field
* Demonstrate prior experience as a building consultant
* Exhibit broad industry knowledge
* Hold current and valid licence or legislative requirements for your state
* Certificates of currency for Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
* Work autonomously
The position is non-PAYG and part-time.
Suitable for professionals looking to supplement their workflow with an intermittent and flexible work schedule.
Remuneration will be via split fees + expenses.
