About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient TOWING ADMINISTRATION professional to join our dynamic team at Adams Towing in West Gosford NSW 2250. This full-time role is crucial in supporting our towing operations and ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow for our drivers.
What you'll be doing
1. Handling incoming phone calls and correspondence from customers, suppliers, drivers etc
2. Scheduling and coordinating towing services to meet customer needs.
3. Data entry including but not limited to; drivers day sheets, invoices for payment, responding to all emails, ensuring holding yard registers are accurate and completed each day and completing all admin tasks required.
4. Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to towing activities including but not limited to Holding yard registers.
5. Assisting with invoicing and the processing of payments.
6. Providing administrative support as needed.
7. Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
8. Supervising and assisting customers in our holding yard.
9. Reporting to our Towing manager and working together to complete daily tasks required.
10. Communicating with our Smash Repair office daily, providing updates on towed in vehicles etc
What we're looking for
1. Proven experience in Adminstration and data entry is a must, preferably within the towing, automotive or transportation industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
4. Must be a Team player
5. Proficiency in using office software, Tow Manager software is preferred.
6. A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach to work with a "Can do" attitude.
