We are seeking a highly motivated
**Ocean Export Operator** with experience in Perishables to join our friendly team based at Alexandria, NSW.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Customer coordination of FCL export shipments
- Generating cost indications and quotations based on customer requirements
- Ensure accurate and timely movement of cargo
- Create and manage ocean export documentation
- Handle Dangerous Goods documentation and requirements
- Handle relevant Import Country Customs filing
- Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty; maximise shipment profitability and decrease operating expenses
- Support a positive and attractive working atmosphere and office environment
**Skills and Experience**:
- Experience in Ocean Export Freight Forwarding
- Local knowledge of Ocean product, processes and requirements
- Ability to react and perform well under pressure
- Strong team player and self-motivated
- Ability to work to strict timeframes while accomplishing goals/targets
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
