About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Night Supervisor to lead our Front Office Team. The successful candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to work accurately and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
* Carry out daily auditing tasks with precision and speed
* Oversee hotel operations when the Night Manager is absent
* Promote overnight Room Service menu preparation and delivery
* Perform front office duties including guest check-in/check-out, responding to guest requests, and handling incoming calls
* Maintain hotel safety and security protocols
* Ensure exceptional presentation across all hotel areas
