System Analyst Role
We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to design and deliver new solutions and provide ongoing support for ICT systems. The successful candidate will work closely with relevant business areas and customers to articulate process improvements, resolve issues, and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with stakeholders to build service delivery capability
* Contribute to ICT strategy and influence decision-making
* Prepare and review technical and corporate documentation
* Define and clarify business needs through collaboration with stakeholders
* Analyse the business' current state to identify and recommend improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Business process improvement skills
* Understanding or experience in legislation, policies, procedures, and information management requirements relevant to Cyber Security
* Enterprise and business architecture knowledge
* Requirements definition and management skills
* Software design expertise
* Stakeholder relationship management skills
* System design abilities
