Account Manager Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Business Banking team as an Account Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers in the Health sector, navigating complex financial landscapes and fostering sustainable business growth.
You will contribute to our diverse and collaborative team, known for its client-centred approach and commitment to understanding clients deeply.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide top-notch customer service, reflected in positive survey results, while building relationships with support teams including Risk Management.
* Identify and collaborate with product specialists on idea and solution development.
* Assist in completing annual reviews and changes for existing clients, including managing and documenting applications within agreed arrangements.
* Support Relationship Executives and Analysts in credit submissions for timely decisions and efficient deal execution, documentation, and funding to meet client needs.
* Ensure the accuracy of information on source systems.
* Participate in the Service and Sales framework, including meetings, debriefs, and related activities.
Your Requirements
* Preferably, corporate, commercial, or business banking customer service experience.
* Credit risk analysis experience or eagerness to learn.
* Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
* Composure and drive in fast-paced environments.
* Initiative, adaptability, and skill development drive.
* Relevant degree and industry experience preferred.
