Position Overview
The Corporate Risk Intelligence Analyst II serves as a liaison between technology and CRM business partners for creating business requirements. This role involves planning, defining, testing changes, conducting data analysis, providing rule recommendations, and generating ongoing and ad-hoc reports.
This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee CRM project initiatives by drafting and reviewing business and design requirements, developing test cases, conducting testing, and supporting implementation.
* Manage CRM project initiatives including planning, estimates, and prioritization.
* Assess business needs and solutions to increase efficiencies and effectiveness.
* Analyze and support data/reporting needs for corporate risk, including management and board reports and regulatory requests.
* Extract, cleanse, and analyze data to identify trends, recommending changes for CRM applications.
* Develop and maintain documentation for business tools, models, and validation processes.
* Evaluate and recommend system configurations within CRM applications.
* Provide clear recommendations to management, auditors, and regulators.
* Collaborate with technology teams for questions, issues, and support related to CRM systems.
* Participate in educational activities to stay updated on data management and compliance.
* Foster a collaborative environment by coaching colleagues and leveraging their strengths.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Risk, Compliance, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
* 2-4 years in application, data, or analytics within financial services or BSA/risk/compliance.
* Proficiency with Snowflake, Oracle, SQL, or similar databases.
* Strong analytical and summarization skills.
* Expertise in SQL, report/dashboard development, Power BI, and Excel.
Licenses and Certifications
* CAMS, PMP, or other risk certifications preferred.
