Central Queensland Hydraulics is a growing business with a Workshop in Paget selling, repairing and servicing hydraulic components and Trucks for numerous customers in Mackay and the Bowen Basin. We also have personnel working on mine sites.
This position is Full Time - 38 Hour Week.
The successful candidate will have Workshop TA experience and be flexible to assist in Stores, Sales, Logistics and other all round duties. Drivers Licence, Forklift Ticket and computer experience is necessary.
Desirable Experience and duties would include:
* Assist Workshop Manager and Leading Hand as and when required with workshop repair jobs.
* General Cleaning and Maintenance of the Workshop.
* Maintain the Stores/Stock/Inwards and Outwards area.
* Operate Forklift for Goods inwards and outwards - Forklift Ticket is required.
Assisting the administration team with the following:
* Customer Service - Pickups and Deliveries,
* Job co-ordination and Labeling, Engraving, Packaging, Wrapping freight inwards and Outwards as per company procedures.
* Ordering Parts allocated to Jobs, Parts Pickup - Current Manual Drivers Licence is required.
* Checking Stock and Inventory.
* Training would also be given to the right person to enable traveling to site to assist with Tooling Audits and general maintenance.
The successful person will need to have an eye for detail, be conscientious, flexible, with great communication skills to be able to work with the team in a sometimes busy environment.
