We're seeking a first-class Glazier – Installer to join our expanding team. We have a rapidly growing Window Conversion and Shower Screen business which services both residential and commercial clients. If you're looking to earn a 120K p.a. plus package (Base + Overtime + Super + Motor Vehicle use) then this job is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Install aluminium windows and doors in double-brick and timber/steel framed walls
* Fit shower screens (semi-frameless, 10 mm frameless, fully framed) and sliding mirrored wardrobe doors
* Take accurate site measurements, remove existing units, and perform precision fitting
* Perform aluminium joinery tasks as needed
* Interpret specifications and make sound on-site installation decisions
What We're Looking For
* An experienced residential site glazier/installer
* Minimum 3-5 years of glazing/installation experience required
* Strong understanding of Australian glazing standards and WA residential building practices
* Ability to problem solve
* Safe handling of glass (including removal)
* WA driver's licence & White Card (Construction Induction Safety)
* Self-starter attitude with strong leadership and communication skills
* Carpentry, general building, or aluminium joinery background is also well suited and will be highly regarded.
* Candidates must have current Australian work authorisation at time of application.
