Morgan McKinley is excited to be partnering with a well-known NSW government department to recruit a Change Manager to play a key role in a brand new program of work designing and delivering the change strategy on a high priority dgtial transformation which will have a direct impact on the community. This is a multi-agency transformation which will you see collaborate and engage with other NSW Government Departments in a first of its kind transformation.
**The Role**
As a Change Manager you will deliver end-to-end change activities across this high priority, multi-agency program. This will include:
- Analyse organisational impacts to determine the size and complexity of the change and associated risks.
- Consult with senior stakeholders, peers and specialists to ensure changes to processes, procedures and practices are identified, defined and documented.
- Partner with project managers to collectively form a coordinated and effective communication and change management strategy that helps achieve objectives.
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Have at least 5 years working in Organisational Change Management and/or relevant experience.
- Comfort interacting with and managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Exhibit proven experience working in transformation and change programs that impact people, processes, and technology.
