In this newly created role as the Logistics Planner, reporting to the AUS Logistics Manager, you will plan and supervise daily logistics for Oils & Foods – ensuring safety, efficiency, compliance, cost control, and strong customer service. 
Responsibilities 
In this role, you will also: 
Develop and drive continuous improvements strategies 
Work with account managers, customer service teams and traders to ensure logistics performance is maintained 
Manage customer complaints timely and thoroughly and report on customer KPI measures 
Liaise with production team to review stock levels and coordinate production and required sales/purchases 
Organise, schedule, negotiate and execute deliveries of oil (Bulk & Packed), seed and meal to meet customers' requirements and expectations 
What we're looking for 
Our successful candidate will have the following: 
Strong logistics and transport planning experience 
Ability to coordinate across multiple sites and carriers 
Communication: building strong customer, supplier, and internal stakeholder relationships 
Leadership and autonomy – able to work independently but collaborate as needed 
SAP experience (desired)
