Supportive team, respectful culture Located in the beautiful beachside Mornington Location Salary Packaging available Classification Grade 3 YC90* On 1 January 2026 five health services (Kooweerup Regional Health Service, Peninsula Health, Alfred Health, Bass Coast Health and Gippsland Southern Health Service) will come together to create Bayside Health. A newly merged health service with more than 22,000 employees caring for a community of over 1.2 million Victorians. The new health service will provide people with the best possible care with services that support them throughout their lives. The merger will also strengthen our workforce, providing new training, education and career opportunities. Subject to final approval on 1 January 2026, all employees from the five health services will transfer to Bayside Health. What You Will Be Doing The Personal Assistant is a vital component of the senior managers’ role within Mental Health, this role specialises in day to day functioning to ensure that the service is managed in an efficient and proficient manner. We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Mental Health team on a limited term part time basis until June 2026 (64 hours per fortnight). For further information on this position please refer to the Position Description What You Need We anticipate you will have: Certificate IV or higher in Business (or related field) Ability to work autonomously, apply initiative and prioritise work within established policies and guidelines Ability to manage confidential and sensitive material in a professional manner Commitment to a collaborative and team orientated approach Sound knowledge and experience using relevant computer programs including Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access and Outlook) What Next Apply NOW!
