We are seeking a Lead Change Management professional to join the team delivering on change management plans, supporting and advising leaders to reshape and embed the way your assigned portfolio operates. You will be looking after a digital portfolio of work covering corporate, digital and cyber projects.

The position offers a 3/2 hybrid split between office and work-from-home, based in Southbank, and is part of the Enterprise Change Management team.

This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:

- Taking a lead role in strategic projects to identify, document and drive change to meet business outcomes.
- Developing Change Management plans for the initiative(s) in line with the AusNet Change Management framework and People processes, identify the overall change management approach, stakeholders impacted, high level impacts, key activities and success measurements. Ensuring consistency across the assigned portfolio.
- Identifying, managing and reporting business change impacts across the assigned portfolio of works to reshape the way we work.
- Conducting detailed change impact assessments and identifying people risks of delivery.
- Developing stakeholder engagement and communications plans, and implement communications deliverables in line with brand and quality standards.
- Supporting the business teams in delivering end-to-end training including planning, developing, mobilising and delivering training.
- Conducting change readiness assessments to confirm business readiness to adopt the changes.
- Conducting ongoing assessments of the effectiveness of change activities, adjust plans and recommend improvements to the change management approach and toolkit.
- Coaching and supporting Change Managers in the team and contributing to the Enterprise practice.

You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:

- Proven experience across a diverse range of sectors, tech/digital sectors would be key
- Change management delivery on a number of projects simultaneously, from business case to implementation, and supporting the realisation of program objectives.
- Ability to influence change
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge of Change Management principles and frameworks and can put these concepts into tangible plans and actions that suit the needs of the audience to increase change adoption.
- Ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple competing activities and a strong ability to work with ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication experience.
- Ability to liaise cross-functionally with various levels of stakeholders.
- Relevant qualification or training in Change Management (Tertiary, PROSCI, etc) would be beneficial
