Position Overview

Permanent | Part Time – 25‐30 hours across 5 days/week (Flexible timing).
Salary: $39.56/hour + Super + NFP Salary Packaging.
Location: Miller NSW 2168.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional front‐of‐office experience.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
* Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and assist with scheduling for program activities.
* Maintain reception area and ensure resources and information for clients are up to date.
* Prepare and process documentation including meeting minutes, invoices, correspondence, spreadsheets, and reports.
* Communicate with internal teams and external agencies regarding referrals, information, and enquiries.
* Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record management to support program operations.
Requirements for Success
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps.
* Ideally, experience with accounts processing.
* Proven experience in an administration role.
* Superior organisational and time‐management skills.
* Ability to work in a team/multi‐disciplinary environment.
* Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
