About The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll act as the custodian of your own client portfolio composed of enterprise organisations across a diverse range of industries. You will act as a bridge between our clients and the broader Streem team, offering operational support, expertise and platform training whilst being an internal advocate of your client's experience.
Your role will strike a balance between client-facing and behind-the-scenes tasks. You'll have the opportunity to tailor Streem's powerful platform to best suit your clients' dynamic needs, whilst also finding your own unique voice as a media monitoring aficionado.
Your Responsibilities
* Setting up, customising, and managing client accounts, including the creation and maintenance of keyword searches (Boolean exposure is a plus!)
* Building and upholding strong client relationships through regular contact, strategic reviews, and Streem training sessions (virtual and face-to-face)
* Proactively monitoring the media landscape to identify key events and trends, ensuring clients stay ahead of the news cycle and relevant internal teams are kept in the loop
* Acting as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to influence future platform enhancements
* Delivering high-quality media intelligence through the production of reports, transcripts, and summaries, while maintaining strict quality control over all news content
About You
We are looking for an individual dedicated to providing top-tier support to a diverse clientele, confident in adapting to customers' unique needs, with initiative, keen interest in Australian media and public affairs.
It is desirable to have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with bonus points for media experience, a background in communications, or skills with Boolean and CRM tools.
