Job Title: Production Estimator
Azura Building Group focuses on custom homes, infill developments, knock-down/rebuilds, duplex, and multi-unit projects.
* The ideal candidate will have proven production estimating experience in residential, multi-unit, or custom/commercial construction.
* Expertise in estimating software including Builder Trend, CostX, Cubit, Bluebeam, or Buildsoft is required.
* A strong Excel skills and familiarity with pricing databases are essential.
In this role, you will review plans and specifications, evaluate materials, labour, and equipment, and prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for new home builds.
You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants across a diverse project portfolio, from custom residential builds to light commercial and infrastructure works.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
