Legal Assistant Job Opportunity

Mills Oakley is a leading national law firm with a proud history. We are committed to exceptional client service with a friendly and collaborative ethos.

We seek an experienced Legal Assistant to support our Adelaide Insurance Law practice as an integral member. You will provide superior administrative support and ad-hoc duties.

* Opening and closing of files
* Preparing legal documents
* Diary management
* Preparation and reconciliation of expenses
* Client liaison and management
* PA duties as required

Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and diary management skills, with a focus on client service. You will be proficient in MS Word and formatting, with the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, and have exceptional attention to detail.
