The Role
Based in our Cambridge workshop, this role suits a highly skilled, qualified Timber Joiner who take pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail. You will be involved across the full joinery process, from workshop manufacture to onsite installation, contributing to bespoke and heritage timber projects of the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture and install high quality bespoke and heritage timber joinery
* Work accurately from detailed drawings and specifications
* Ensure professional and well communicated interactions with clients on job installations and follow-ups.
* Operate on traditional and modern joinery machinery efficiently and safely
* Demonstrate a willingness to embrace and learn new technology as best applied to specific jobs.
* Collaborate with the team to meet project timelines
* Support and mentor the skill development of apprentices
* Actively contribute to continuous improvement and innovation
Skills & Experience
* Trade qualified Timber Joiner
* 5+ years of experience producing high end joinery
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Confident reading drawings and job documentation
* Willingness to learn new technology and support business growth
