Ecology Leadership Position

We're seeking an accomplished ecologist to provide technical leadership and project management support for our expanding NSW team.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication and engagement skills, ensuring high-quality project delivery and best practice technical implementation in line with policies and legislations.
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to increase visibility of the Ecology section and identify opportunities to position our services.
* Lead thought leadership initiatives to position us as a leading provider of ecological services, coaching others to develop thought leadership skills.
* Mentor junior staff to contribute to continual improvement and excellent client service.
About the Role
* Biodiversity Assessment Method (BAM) accredited is highly desirable.
* A relevant science degree such as ecology, environmental science or natural resource management is essential.
* Experience in delivering ecology projects with a focus on flora survey in the Sydney Bioregion is preferred.
