As a Travel Service Partner, you'll be part of a friendly team in one of our Bureaux, supporting our customers with their travel money needs and delivering brilliant service every time.
What the job involves
* Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service.
* Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs.
* Putting training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services.
* Processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast‐paced environment so customers leave happy.
* Working together as a team driving performance, delivering excellence and celebrating success.
* Following company processes and paying attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track.
