Medical Receptionist – I-MED Radiology Network
We have an exciting opportunity for you to be a part of our team in beautiful Burnie. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a "can-do" attitude. Our clinic in Burnie (Northwest Regional Hospital) is currently seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join the team.

Part-time Position
– four days per week:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
. Reporting to the Office Supervisor, you will provide high-level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.
Role Overview
Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures, ensuring that a patient's first experience of I-MED is one they will positively remember.
Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our business hours.
Key Attributes
Clear and empathetic verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills, putting the patient at the center of all that you do.
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work interchangeably as part of a team.
