Be a sales expert with experience in the Pharmacy Channel, achieving and exceeding targets for our business
The Territory Manager role is responsible for managing a defined territory and achieving agreed sales and market share results.
* Develops and implements a territory plan to ensure specific store/territory sales and cycle targets are met
* Negotiates and ensures designated products are ranged and sold in line with ranging targets specified for all accounts on their territory (Must Stock List)
* Implements designated POS items that are executed within store for all accounts on their territory
* Ensures company agreed shelf requirements are negotiated and executed within store for all pharmacies on their territory
* Negotiates in-store trainings to be executed within store for all personnel on their territory
* Monitors sales performance and recommends initiatives to enhance sales and capitalize on business opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales - Achieves sales/ranging/POS/shelf and training targets by Pharmacy account on a designated territory
* Territory Management - Ensures designated territory is efficiently managed
What You'll Do:
* Build and maintain strong strategic customer relationships to accelerate current and future growth opportunities
* Use facts, data, and insights as part of persuasion to negotiate with customers
What We're Looking For:
* Territory sales experience within the Pharmacy Channel preferred
* Valid current driver's license with proven safe driving record
* Professional presentation and high personal standards
* Strong listening and written/verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated with robust priority planning and effective time management skills
* Good analytical skills and sound business acumen
