Our culture is exciting, challenging and focused on innovation, giving our people a supportive environment where work-life balance is encouraged.About the role: This permanent night shift position works 10pm – 6am, and requires you to maintain high-quality standards, drive continuous improvements, and act as a back-up supervisor when needed.What you'll be responsible for:Support site quality and food safety performance, working closely with operations and cross-functional teams.Drive audit readiness, continuous improvement and GMP best practices.Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits and HACCP reviews.Lead investigations into consumer complaints, non-conforming materials and production issues.Provide training and guidance to the production team on quality and food safety systems.Contribute to root-cause investigations and data-driven problem solving.What you'll bring to the role:A tertiary qualification in Food Science, Science or related field.2+ years' experience in food safety or quality assurance.Practical knowledge of HACCP principles and internal auditing.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.The ability to manage time effectively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.What can you expect in return?
