As the PMO Manager at Mercy Health, you will apply your Project Methodology expertise, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement mindset to enhance project delivery success and achieve greater outcomes for all who need us.
What you'll bring
Technical PM/PMO Skills: Expert knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management principles, tools, and best practices.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect project execution to organisational strategy.
Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to analyse project data (schedule, budget, risk) to synthesize actionable insights and recommendations.
Exceptional Communication: Superior written, presentation, and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences, including C-suite.
Tool Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software (mercy is deploying Smartsheet) along with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Required Evidence
A current Police Record Check.
Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
