We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative and strong Administrator to join a leading organisation in the FMCG space to support key clients with order management, processing, logistics support and more
In this role, you will be working alongside major Australian retailers, and smaller local customers who stock a range of Personal and Skincare products. You will be a strong administrator with great people skills and ideally experience working in SAP or excel (not essential).

**Your day-to-day will include, but not be limited to**:
- Providing high-level customer support to key B2B clients.
- Ensure all customer orders and queries are processed within a timely manner.
- Prompt when processing orders and proactive with checking any changes in delivery timeframes to achieve effect customer relations and service to customers.
- Accurate data entry when processing orders and into CRM system
- Handling customer interaction in an efficient and professional manner.
- Administering customer credits and conducting inquiries when needed.
- Contributing to the team's continuous improvement initiatives.

- Enjoys being a go to for your clients and supporting with anything great or small across their accounts
- A strong administrator with great attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure when needed to ensure fast and accurate customer support
